Yes! We encourage those that do not initially receive a bid to re-rush. Rushing PBL again shows a genuine interest of involvement with the organization.

Yes! Although PBL is a business fraternity, we accept all majors. As of this semester upcoming semester, there will be around a 50/50 split between brothers that are business majors compared to those that aren't.

Business casual is a form of non-formal attire, but still a way to present yourself in a professional manner. For men, this normally consists of slacks or chinos, a button down or polo shirt, along with dress shoes and socks. For women, tailored pants, structured tops with an optional blazer, as well as flats or low-heels.

Dressing business professional is another way to present yourself, but in more formal settings. For men, typical dress includes a suit and tie, with matching dress shoes and socks. For women, dress pants and a matching blazer with flats.

As a new member, you'll go through a multi-week intensive process led by your new member educators and liaisons. During this process, you'll grow closer to your fellow new members, learn key business fundamentals for interview and job skills, and develop the necessary qualities in becoming a successful member of the organization. This process can be compared to the equivalent of a 3-credit course.
